This meeting is organized around topics Network participants have recently identified as being especially relevant. We will have time as a full group followed by smaller group conversation based on your interest.
The four focus topics are:
- Identifying, vetting, and selecting new banks
- Developing and modifying grant agreements: options and approaches
- Employee Manuals 2023: creating, updating, and expanding
- Staffing up on the accounting side: fulltime, part time, internal, and external

About the Network:
The CFO Network is a space for CFOs, Finance Directors, and others with similar finance and operational roles to build community; exchange ideas and learnings; and support one another to be internal advocates to influence and advance racial equity within their institutions.
